Planning tasks - Josh
The advert planning is going really well. Our group members have each got their own tasks that they need to be working on. This has been really good and has insured that our group will get everything done on time.
Planning tasks - Jack
When we were planning the tasks for our production we all equally divided up the tasks so we all did the tasks equally. By doing this it shows that we can work well as a team and communicate well between us. We did a mixture of tasks to ensure we get the best grade possible. By planning the tasks we all get the grade we deserve and get marked for our own work.
How the Planning Tasks were done: Cameron
In the planning tasks of our production we were able to divide them all up between us, so that we were all given an equal chance to get a good grade for our work. I feel that each team member was able to complete their tasks on time and that we did them to our highest ability. Now that we have finished all the planning we can get on with the filming quickly so that we will be able to produce a smooth and good production that will be the same as what we have been planning. Using a planning schedule will help us keep on track with the how the advert will come along and how the amount of work needs to be done in certain time zones. This will then show you that we are being professional in the way that we are producing the advert and that if we want to make it a high standard advert.

How the group managed equipment - Josh
The group managed equipment very well.
We made a equipment list so we knew what we
needed every day. This helped us manage our
work. The equipment was looked after very well
and we made sure it was safe at all times. We
also had a equipment manager who were

How the group managed health and safety: Cameron
We were very good in how we managed the factor of health and safety, we were good in managing it because we produced a risk assessment which helped to guide us on how we can keep everyone safe. When we make the production we need to make sure that we keep everyone on site safe so that we are in control of our crew and everyone involved in it, this involve the location and the food that we will give the crew. Health and Safety is a big thing in the media world and it involves making sure that everyone involved in the production of the advert is safe and is protected from any danger. By doing this it shows you that we have thought about all our staff and that we put them first over the actually advert itself. I think that by doing this it shows you and me that we have taken a professional approach to the the safety of everyone involved because them come before any of the production produced.
How well our group managed equipment - Jack
As a group we managed equipment very well. We did this by looking after it and handling it with great care. When it started to rain we immanently covered up the equipment to stop it from getting damaged. When putting the equipment away we checked to make sure that all the equipment from the camera was back in the case.
How well the group managed people: Cameron
The group managed people very well, this is because we were able to sort out all the jobs of each person in the group. We did this by giving each person certain roles and jobs to do in the group. it was easy for us to divide up the tasks between us because of the different skills that each person has and the type of tasks they are comfortable with. For example i was given the role of doing the budget for the production and therefore this shows you that one of my skills is setting a budget on my background knowledge of finance. So altogether we were very quick in managing people and deciding on what each person should do within our group. This shows you that we all have different skills for different jobs to make the advert as professional as we possibly could. This means making sure that we could trust the ability of each others skills and giving them the tasks that they feel they would be best at. Being able to trust someone and their skills shows you that we are able to work as a team and work to some of the highest standards as we could.

Our group managed time really well, we did this by communicating to each other and deciding what tasks we are going to do so by next lesson we were able to get on with the tasks next lessons. We did the tasks well in advanced so we had enough time to change them if we needed to. Also when ever we had a free we would get the work left outstanding done.

It's been going good here at the studio.
We've been managing time very well thanks to
our contingency plan. Anything that might have
held us back has been turned into extra time to work
on the project. We also have been sticking to the schedule
so this has given us even more time to work on the

How the group managed people - Josh
Hey guys, Josh here,
The project is going well so far and we have nearly finished
thanks to our amazing people management skills. Everyone
knows what jobs they are doing because we have assigned
them tasks based on their skills. This makes sure that everyone
is working as well and efficient. We have worked as a

crew this week There have been no problems so
far and I hope there wont.

As a group we were able to manage health and safety very well. We did this by considering all the health and safety factors and thought about how we can prevent them. By us knowing how to prevent them we can try and avoid them to reduce the risk level. We also looked out for over members in our group, so we can look out for them and help them if anything happens. By us doing this it shows good communication skills and team work.
How well the group managed time: Cameron
Our group were very good with how we managed our time. We were able to split the tasks between the three of us and therefore the next lesson we could then get on with the tasks. This shows us that the we are able to get on with the tasks and work together so we can divide tasks and help each other complete the tasks that have been set. I feel that my team were very professional in the way that they decided who was doing what between them. This shows you that because we were able to do this that the TV advert would turn out to high standards because we all knew what it was that we had to do. Also i feel that from this we had a very good planning schedule because we were able to use it to help show us how much time we should be spending on each task. I think that overall looking at the time we had and the way that we planned it to professional standards and made sure that the tasks were done to the highest standards possible.
