How well the group managed people: Cameron
The group managed people very well, this is because we were able to sort out all the jobs of each person in the group. We did this by giving each person certain roles and jobs to do in the group. it was easy for us to divide up the tasks between us because of the different skills that each person has and the type of tasks they are comfortable with. For example i was given the role of doing the budget for the production and therefore this shows you that one of my skills is setting a budget on my background knowledge of finance. So altogether we were very quick in managing people and deciding on what each person should do within our group. This shows you that we all have different skills for different jobs to make the advert as professional as we possibly could. This means making sure that we could trust the ability of each others skills and giving them the tasks that they feel they would be best at. Being able to trust someone and their skills shows you that we are able to work as a team and work to some of the highest standards as we could.
